Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
* Wrong product delivered
* Product received in damaged condition
* Expired product delivered
* Package received in tampered or leaked condition
Customers must raise a return or complaint request within *24 hours of delivery* with proper photo or video proof.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
* Opened or partially consumed products
* Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
* Orders returned due to incorrect delivery address or customer unavailability
* Taste preferences or personal dislikes
As food products are perishable in nature, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
* Refunds will be processed within *5–7 business days*
* Amount will be credited to the original payment method
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via UPI or bank transfer
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may provide:
* Product replacement
* Store credit
* Partial or full refund
depending on the issue and product availability.
Cancellation Policy
* Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
* Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
